Briefly introduce the installation process of the ringlock scaffolding
1. Site preparation
Clear the site: Make sure the ground where the scaffolding is installed is flat and solid, and clear all obstacles and debris.
Set the foundation: Lay pads or foundation beams on soft or uneven ground to provide stable support.
2. Install the standard
Determine the position of the standard: According to the design drawings and construction requirements, mark the position of the standard, usually arranged at intervals of 1.2 meters to 1.5 meters.
Fix the base: Place the base jack on the foundation and insert the poles into the sockets of the base to ensure that they are vertical.
Adjust the height: Use a level to check the verticality of the standard and adjust the height of the base to ensure that each pole is stable and at the same height.

3. Install the ledger
Connect the ledger: Connect the ledger to the fixing points of the standard. The first layer of ledger is usually installed 20-30 cm from the ground.
Reinforce the connection: Use pins to fix the connection points between the standard and the ledger, ensuring that each connection is firm and not loose.
4. Install diagonal braces
Set diagonal braces: Install diagonal braces in both directions of the scaffolding to enhance the stability and wind resistance of the structure.
Fix diagonal braces: Fix the intersection of diagonal braces with standard and ledger with pins to ensure effective force transmission.
5. Lay planks
Choose appropriate scaffolding boards: Use standard pedals, usually made of wood or steel, and should be flat and undamaged.
Fix scaffolding planks: Lay the scaffolding boards smoothly on the standard and fix them with safety fasteners to prevent sliding or tilting.
6. Set guardrails and protective nets
Install guardrails: Install guardrails on the outside and open areas of the scaffolding, usually 1.0 to 1.2 meters high, to prevent people from falling.
Hang protective nets: Install protective nets or dense mesh nets on the outside to prevent materials or tools from falling and protect the safety of people below.

Reinforcement and adjustment: According to the inspection results, adjust and reinforce the key parts of the scaffolding, especially the connection between the diagonal brace and the vertical pole.
8. Regular maintenance
Regular inspection: During use, regularly check the various parts of the scaffolding, especially in bad weather or after long-term use.
Timely maintenance: If any looseness, deformation or damage is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
